My husband and I were approved for individual life insurance policies very recently. There was a lot of steps involved in the process, and it took much longer than expected it would go from signing policy for official approval. now that we have finished everything and approved, it seems that there is one small thing back to do. Each of us received a survey in order to fill out on our life insurance policies.
I didn’t expect that someone wanted a written, detailed, feedback on what we thought about the process involved in getting our life insurance policies.Apparently, however, make any, because our insurance company copy floppy each of us our very own copy of a study to complete.
The front page of the survey, says common agricultural policy, and that this is LIMRAS customer Assurance application. a quick Google search shows that LIMRA is a worldwide association of insurance and financial services firms. LIMRA is from what I understand to help these organisations to improve their marketing.
When I open the folded investigation, shows the name of our insurance company. There are a couple of paragraphs written here, say something to the effect that this study will help the insurance company “do a better job Service”, based on our response.
The study consists of a number of issues that require me to check the box or boxes to specify my answer to the question. The first question has two parts. How useful was the service of your agent? How useful was our product descriptions and sales materials? I can choose from: very, very, somewhat, not very or not at all as a response to each of these questions. next, it is a yes/no questions: over the past six months, did you buy a life insurance policy from (name of our insurance company).
Three Issues are detailed. For what purpose or purposes, you buy life insurance from our company?Found eleven potential responses, and I can choose as many as I feel apply to me.The most obvious choice is: “to offer money to repay the mortgage after your death.” The strangest potential in my opinion, the answer is: “as a charitable contribution”.
Question four also has several answers to choose from. it wants to know, how do I pay for my life insurance policy. The next question is Yes/No, and want to know if I trøde my insurance agent peer long term goals with me, and found something specific to my needs. the last question wants to know how well I understand my life insurance policy and I can select very well, something, or not at all, as well as my answer there is space at the bottom to the comments about how they can improve their service. When finished, I can send it in the envelope provided as a convenient, does not require postage.
