ACO (Accountable Care organisations) are confirmed by the purpose of the invention ObamaCare @ will improve the availability and affordability of health care. As we have seen, of course, they are neither. But why does it take just our word? New York Times (barely right-wing thinking bastion), in writing, Robert Pear says:
“It’s a good idea to consumers, health care legislation may aggravate it was intended to resolve the problems the fear — very would reduce competition, driving costs and creating incentives for doctors and hospitals, to maintain their stint with care cost savings bonuses.”
Gee ya think?
On the other hand, if you are a member of the Donald Berwick, this is a feature, not a fault:
